Golf simulators
More than a bay. A complete golf experience that runs itself.
Most simulator installers stop at the screen and the launch monitor. Fairway AV Solutions builds everything around it — lighting, sound, network, security, access, and retail — so your simulator space works like a finished product, whether it's a basement bay or a 24-hour indoor golf venue.
The simulator build
Measured twice, ordered once.
Your room drives the equipment list — not the other way around. Building a new golf room? Bring us in before drywall so cabling, projector mounting, and backing go in while the walls are open.
- Launch monitor, projector, impact screen, and enclosure planning sized to your room
- Ceiling height, swing radius, and hitting-mat layout checked before anything is ordered
- Projector alignment, calibration, and clean cable management
- A dedicated network for simulator PCs and launch monitors so software updates and online play stay reliable
Full automation
One tap — or one booking — sets the whole bay.
- Scenes: “Play” brings up the projector, simulator software, PoeWit bay lighting, and audio together; “Off” shuts it all down
- Lighting: glare-free bay lighting tuned for projection, plus ambient and accent lighting for lounge areas
- Audio: bay audio, background music zones, and announcements for commercial spaces
- Climate & power: HVAC and equipment power scheduled around bookings to cut energy costs
- Video distribution: route sports, tournaments, or any simulator feed to TVs throughout the space with AV matrices

Common questions
How much room do I need for a golf simulator?
It depends on the launch monitor, the player's height, and whether left- and right-handed players share the bay. As a rule of thumb, many rooms work with about 9–10 ft of ceiling height, 12–16 ft of width, and 16–20 ft of depth. We check ceiling height, swing radius, and hitting-mat placement before anything is ordered.
Do you install the whole simulator or just the AV?
The whole build: launch monitor, projector, impact screen, and enclosure planning, plus calibration, cabling, audio, PoeWit bay lighting, a dedicated network, and the automation that starts everything with one tap.
Can you automate a 24/7 unattended golf venue?
Yes. Customers get a door code or mobile credential tied to their booking, the bay powers on before the booking starts and shuts down after, cameras record locally, and you can check status, restart equipment, or unlock doors from your phone.
Can a simulator room double as a home theater?
Yes. We design residential golf rooms so the same projector, audio, and lighting work as a home theater or sports lounge when you're not playing.
