Common questions

Which camera system do you recommend?

It depends on the project. VIGI (TP-Link) is strong value with local recording, Hanwha Vision is professional grade when you need deeper features, and UniFi Protect fits best when you want the full UniFi ecosystem. All three record on-site without a mandatory cloud subscription.

Should I use Omada or UniFi for networking?

Both are solid. We choose Omada, UniFi, or a hybrid based on your property, budget, and which camera and access systems you want, and we set up proper VLANs for security and IoT either way.

Are you an authorized PoeWit dealer?

Yes. Fairway AV Solutions is an authorized PoeWit lighting dealer for architectural, landscape, and specialty lighting.

Which door access systems do you install?

Salto Systems and HID Global are our preferred partners, with UniFi Access for hybrid projects — including locks, card and mobile credentials, and video intercoms.
